I draw a red circle with Radius = 14000mm, and a line.

I want to draw a blue circle (R=10000mm), tangent to the red circle and the line. The response is "le cercle n'existe pas" ("The circle doesn't exist").

When I draw a ttr circle with R=1000, it works. With R=2000, the circle is inside the red circle. There are 4 possibilities to find a circle tangent to the line and to the red circle, when I specify R=10000, it seems that it doesn't find the solution because it search on one of the bad possibility (inside the red circle).

Is it a bug, or how to specify in which cadran I want the blue circle?
