I am new to DraftSight and have been going through the Getting Started tutorial.  On page 109 there are instructions for drawing a Ttr circle, however when I follow the instructions the only thing that happens is that the Command Window displays:

Use a Tangent ESnap

and keeps asking for

Specify first tangentcy>>

I have followed the instructions four times (even started a new drawing after the third try) exactly as they are noted in the tutorial.  Any suggestions on what to try next?  Everything else in the tutorial before this issue worked as advertised.

Should have added that I am using DraftSight on Windows XP.
