Is there a path to resolve this on Draftsight? 

Circle 2Points

In AutoCAD is possible to draw a two point circle between almost any entities, nearest on one side, perpendicular  the other side.

This don't seems to work on Draftsight.

Circle 3Points

In AutoCAD is possible to draw a 3point circle using almost any combination of "SNAPS".....   for example Point to Tan to Tan..... Point to Point to Tan ..... Tan to Point to Tan....etc...and i can snap to almost any entity (except splines) but polylines, circles, Arc, etc...

Is it me or this is not possible in Draftsight?

Does Circle to Circle (using Tangent Snap works?) does not works for me.

Click & Drag

Haven't been able to make it work as AutoCAD, it "works" but is far from usable for me, In AutoCAD i just click on any entity, group etc...and is almost instant that i can drag it on screen.
