I typically just type commands, I cant stand trying to find button especially when they change the interface so often.  So I setup my ribbon to only have the layer tools but I cant figure out how to make the ribbon less tall than the default.  Any ideas?  Is there a way to just turn the ribbon off and have a toolbar like the older style?
