Sometimes the pointer doesn't grave the correct center of the circle.
 The points are misaligned.

It happens a lot  when it is come from the other software(ex.Auto CAD)

Sometimes I need to draw a circle with correct center, it doesn't work.
Does anyone know how to fixi it?
