Hi i have just had draft sight installed and i am trying to set up Dimension Styles. But when i go to Format - Dimension Style and create a new style. Then select Radial/Diameter Dimension Center mark display. . If i select  Center Mark the preview window does not give a preview of a circle  with a center mark  Also when i draw a circle it does not show the center mark when i add a dimension.
