I have a customer that upgraded to draftsight 2017 SP2 enterprise from 2016 and now he can't open files from within the program. He can from windows explorer. I tried to have him uninstall but he gets the error 1721 there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Action: uninstall_swinstactsvc,exe location c\\program files\\dessault systems\\draftsight\\binsetupi386\\swinstactsvc.exe, command: swup DSP.

Any ideas?
