We are just now downloading and trying DraftSight. i am NOT an architect but an IT person. However, the architect that is using DraftSight reports the below problem. Any suggestions to resolve his issue?

Jeff's comments:Loren, I downloaded the free Draftsight software and it is an impressive tool. However, it does not consistently open .dwg files completely. It will get most of the drawing correct but there will be individual blocks that it does not recognize and so they are left blank, identified by a large box that says it does not compute.
