I have the latest 2018 version draftsight.

The problem im having is that i cannot draw a line or any other drawing function. I can open up existing drawings fine and everything comes up i just cant draw anything.

Im on a laptop with an i5 processor, 8gb ram, ssd, intel hd 4000 graphics.
