No one is getting back to me using the activation wizards email function as the email address is a distribution list.  The back story is a hard drive failed and we did some upgrades to the machine.  When we restored the update files the activation failed and said to deactivate but it fails as well.  So using the activate by email you get the file you have to send in which was done on Thursday last week and no one has reached out.
