Cannot Activate Draftsight - Please help - getting frustrated

I am having trouble activating Draftsight AGAIN on sereral computers.  I have read through all the activation blog posts on the forum, I have read through all the iQuestions with the same issues, and have tried everything suggested on this site concerning activating Draftsight with no luck.

I get the activation dialog box where you need to input the information but when I click ACTIVATE, nothing happens.  We are supposed to get a message saying that an e-mail has been sent but that message does not show up and an e-mail does not get sent (it is not in the "junk" or "spam" folder either).  Draftsight does start up and run but after 30 days I run into the issue where the 30 day trial is up.

Is there a real fix to this issue or will we be dealing with this from now on?  Is the activation server down?  I have been installing the newest version (5.0) on these computers but have had this issue with the previous versions also.  The software runs great but this activation issue is getting annoying and I am getting very frustrated (along with my users that have to keep on dealing with the activation dialog box).

Is there someone from Draftsight that can help or comment on this?????
