Cannot activate DraftSight even in safe-mode with networking

I have not had success activating DraftSight. I have watched many of the activation tutorials and tried numerous troubleshooting techniques. I have even attempted to activate DraftSight with my computer in safe-mode with networking enabled. I have, also, tried two different email addresses.

I am using Windows 7 professional 64-bit operating system. I work out of a small office with no IT department so I have full administrator rights on my computer. My internet service provider is Time Warner Business Class.

This is what I am experiencing. I enter my information and submit for activation. The activation dialog box disappears and DraftSight opens. I do NOT receive confirmation that an email has been sent. I do not receive an email in inbox or spam. 

At this point, I have 9 days left to activate, and I am out of ideas. Please help if you have successfully navigated this activation issue.
