I can't open the 2015 program after i download it. I'm on a MacBook Pro running OS 10.68. I get an error message saying the program cannot open due to an error (not specified). It seems perhaps to be registration related but I get no request for registration or reregistration. I've been using DS for a couple of years without problem until now.

I've tried deleting the program and re-downloading with no luck. And I tried using the older version from backup but that won't open now either. So I'm stuck with no access to DS.

I can't seem to find any previous posts related to this.
