I tried the steps on how to deactivate and activate from one device and transfer it to another but the problem is:

1. the old draftsight has been deleted from my old laptop it was reformatted without deactivating the software

2. I cannot install the draftsight again on the same old laptop just to deactivate it (I am stuck in here)

3. because of that I cannot activate the software on my new desktop - it says it has already reached the maximum number of users
