Somehow I moved the info window that contains the draftnews and draftlearn messages so far to the left of my screen that I can not access the X to close it.  I want to place my toolbars on that left side but this info window is in the way and stays on top.  I can resize it but  I can not move it.  I have tried alt space and MOVE but that does not work.  How can I move that window far enough to close it? 

Set screen to 125% and for some reason the entire window showed up and allowed me to move and close that window. Question answered.
