Hello, I bought DraftSight Standard and i received an email with serial number.

After instal, when i try to open DraftSight Standard i have two option : Activate later or now. I press activate now, i introduce the serial number that i wrote above and i get an error "Activation transaction failed. Serial number not entitled to DraftSight 2020. Please contact your resellet.

What I have to do to activate the program?
