Good afternoon,

As the title says I can not change the decimal point when editing a tolerance limit dimension in the properties tool bar. (See attached image) When I click on a new value, say 0.000 it has no effect on the limit tolerance. 

I don't want to change the decimal location on a global level just on the specific limit.
