Reading the FAQs file for Draftsight Standard it is mentioned that it is meant to be used by Individuals, students, educators, and hobbyists. Does this mean that this version is not a version to be used by companies and therefor may be seen as piracy?

Or is it just a "marketing" statement because of the lack of feature it may have?
