I have a user that I have tried to uninstall draftsight and reinstall the program. I have updated drivers, rolled back drivers, etc. I feel like I have done everything I can at this point that is why I am asking for help. He is using Windows 10 pro 64x.

I have attached a file he created with the exact problem, but basically he opens a drawing file, inserts drawing border and that tries to insert a block and everytime he does this the program shuts down and then needs to be restarted. The error message is attached but it says the program must close. before the program closes, you can try to save changes. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
