I have 2018 SP3 on Windows10 and since SP3 download anything I edit a block and upon saving that edited block with a new name , I save the block but are then frozen out of the rest of the drawing and seam to be stuck in block edit . I have to undo to and cancel the block edit to escape from this locked in edit status .

Can any one help or do I roll back to 2018 SP2 ?
