I was working on some attributes within a block when I noticed a difference in text height. After fiddling around with it, I noticed that the changes I was making was not taking hold. This is difficult to thoroughly explain without the showing, so I've attached some screen recordings.

At the time of starting this request, I was on version 2021 in the fall of 2022.At the time of starting this request, I was on version 2021 in the fall of 2022. As of today, I am on version 2023 SP0 and the issue still exists for me.

Since every drawing I use contains the same title block, I cannot say if this is drawing specific. I do know that the issue only seems to be affecting the Spacing and Height properties. I have not noticed any issues with the other properties, although I typically don't modify the other properties either.
