Does DraftSight have the ability to mimic the ACAD Design Center function, whereby you can have a common DWG file with multiple pre-defined blocks within it and the Design Center allows you to pull in specific blocks from within an external dwg file.

Currently I'm inserting the whole dwg file exploding it and then cipying the individual blocks to where they need to go; this feature is incredibly useful when creating layouts that utilize the same standard components.
