I have auto cad drawings that only a box outline shows for the text or dimension.

If I copy this our and paste it into a drawing that shows the dimensions properly the copied details show up.

I have searched through as much of the properties that I can find but have not been able to fix this.

What is the setting that needs to be changed so the dimensions and notes show?
