Here's something I used to know how to do but have forgotten!

The letter "c" on the keyboard is designated as a shortcut for the Circle command.  In fact, I find it much more useful to have it as the shortcut for the Copy command, which I need way more often than a circle.

In V1R2, I found out how to reassign the key but I lost that when I upgraded to R3 as I always forget to save my personal configuration (if only that were automatic).  I have always struggled with the User interface customization which in both DS and AC I find infuriatingly unintuitive.  But I'm probably an idiot.

Anyone out there know how to do it?
