I’m using the free 2D version Draftsight V1 R4 on a daily basis for engraving purposes.

The problem is that the text is not smooth.

 According to a comment regarding service pack V1 R3.2 this problem was fixed, so I can’t understand why I still have the same problem on V1 R4.  I even tried to download Draftsight Professional SP2 as trail version but the problem still exists.

Are there any settings I can change in the program settings to fix this?

I tried these packages on Windows 7 as well as Windows 8.
