Software version: DraftSight Professional 2022 SP1 and not SP01: is that the problem?

System requirements:

My configuration is in attachment. It seems ok, no?

I reinstalled Draftsight 3 times yesterday without changing any of the settings, so it is in default settings, isn't it?

I don't know what the graphics card is on my computer. How do I do it on my mac? But the updates are automatique.

Precision on my problem:

Some plans open without problems and others do not. I send you an exemple in attachment which does not open.

Please can I have urgently a response, all my work is blocked.
