I have the same issue that Jim Scelzi described in his question of 2016-12-18.  Jim wrote “But the annotative scaled dimension text zooms just like the drawing itself... I was expecting the dimension text would always be the same size.  Am I missing something about how it's supposed to work?”

I created a very simple drawing with just a few lines in an attempt to use annotative scaled dimension text and also an annotative scaled simple note.  I’ve attached the drawing.  The drawing has a sheet with two viewports.  In the left viewport the scale is 1:100 while in the right viewport the scale is 1:10.  The dimension text in the right viewport is scaled 10 times larger. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
