I have not been successful implementing annotative dimensions which are available in 2016.  I have followed the online tutorial to the tee.  All it does is force the dimensions to a size which cannot be read or in some cases are just a speck in the model and sheet mode.

Obviously, I have some default setting set wrong.  The tutorial does not address what defaults need to be set or the vaules. That is DIMTXT, DIMSCALE, DIMSTYLE, ETC, ETC.

Also, can someone explain what is the Annotative Scaling function?  And, what it does?

Please be descriptive in answer and assume I know nothing. (Not really true)

Please help.
