I am using DS 11.3.801 on Mac and am having difficulty using the angular dimension tool.  I expect to invoke the command, select the first line, then select the second line, then see the recorded angle.  What actually happens is that as soon as I have selected the first entity, the system does not wait for a second entity and tells you that the lines are parallel - as if it thinks you have chosen the same line for both entities.  Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
