Is a way to precisely move or "nudge" entities or groups of entities to a specific location on a sketch.

Along with that, is there a way to gently zoom (precise enlargement)so as to fit a group of entities/components precisely in a viewport of allow for correct printing or conversion to pdf or jpg.

Many other apps have this nudge feature such as Sketchup, Photoshop, Word and Power point.

Typically it is by selecting an entity, then using the the arrow keys, or for even finer movement, cntl-arrow.

Yeah I know they are "non-engineering" apps but I also know we all use them...

I automatically reached for that operation, and for Draftsight... no good!

This controlled nudging is very useful for spatial planning, design of gridded systems such as irrigation systems, and structural design.

The Nudge command was introduced in AutoCAD 2012
