I am a draftsight user and have recommended the software to a friend who

used it and also enjoyed it, howerver she didnt realise that she had to

activate the software and now the 30 dys have expired. when she requested

an activation code , an e-mail was issued but her system continues to

inform her that the license has expired.

she is using a macbook running on osX

any assistance you could offer would b more than welcome.
