Activation Wizard initialisation issue: 72. Contact Technical Support.

I have been using Draftsight for years. I recently purchased a new PC and the download gave me 30 days for free. For this 30 day period the program worked flawlessly. But then upon purchase of a licence I was met with constant problems.

I tried everything on the forums to get my installation to work but nothing did. So finally I restarted my computer into safe mode and tried again; which was when I received the error, 'Activation Wizard initialisation issue: 72'. I thought maybe I need to try again with networking enabled, this however did not launch either and I received the same error message. It tells me to contact Technical Support but as I own the Professional Version this is my only option. I should at the very least be allowed to contact the technical team if the program does not work at all for me.
