I had version 2023 installed on my computer

I have NOT installed the program on any other PC!!

I updated to version 2024 but it doesn't activate

I sent @mail to activation@solidworks.com and the response was:

"Activation count exceeded. Deactivate a license from another computer and try again."

BUT I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED THE LICENSE ON ANY OTHER PC!

can you help me?
