I am a network admin installing DraftSight for one user. I ran the install under my "admin" user account and DS works fine. For the user, when he logs on and opens DS he is promted with the "Enter your e-mail address for activation" screen. He does so and the program waits for a couple minutes and then closes. He is now past the "grace" window and is unable to use the program.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the program, both with my admin account and with his limited access account and the problem is still the same - he is unalbe to register his e-mail address and the program terminates. I have increased the permissions for his account to the admin level to try to get this to work, to no avail.
OS is Windows XP Professional.
