A little confusing, is your server working or is it down every day for service? What time is best to try activation?

I'd like to activate to try out your software but need to complete the activation process. I followed what the email said to do.

I received your email with link for activation but only get the message shown above.

Looks like this is a common problem, I see quite a few other posts with the same issue.

Please advise how to best proceed, I only have one email so can't keep trying another email.
