Activation servers down?

I have a user who is trying to activate DraftSight free edition on his computer but is unable to do so. He is filling out all of the required information, but the program crashes before he gets the activation email.

I ran into this same issue in May of this year. I had a support case open with DraftSight back then and they told me that the problem was happening because their activation servers were down. I tried to open a new support case, but the website is giving me an error message, so I can't do that. Here's what was said to me last time I had this issue:

"Concerning the issue reported, indeed there was an unscheduled stoppage time of the Activation Server, that understandably would have caused the failure of any activation attempt performed during that period. Our IT Team is monitoring the episode, working in order to re-establish normal services as soon as possible. Please allow reasonable time for the process to be completed, and retry the activation process. Please note that a “server side error” can be easily mistaken by other causes for the failure of the process (Permissions, security settings, email security, …), particularly in network environments."

Are the activation servers down again? This seems to be the exact same issue as last time. this employee can't use DraftSight until we get the activation working.
