I have used draftsight successfully for about 2 years. Recently I was asked to reactivate. After not seeing any instructions on how to do this (only the information below was visible and I could not open draftsight) I unistalled and downloaded again (several times). After successfully downloading the free version and attempting to open the software, the following window opens:

"ATTENTION"

"Please reactivate the product to continue using it"

a check box and "Edit Draftsight Proxy Settings"

an "OK" box

This is all that is visible in the box.

After hitting OK, the window closes and I see a quick flash of a window opening and then closing. Don't know if it is the Draftsight application or not.

Bottom line is I am unable to reactivate and never have a chance to enter an email address or anything else.
