I need help in deactivation/ removing my license from a broken computer. I need to activate it on another computer. Ive already sent (4 days ago) a massage on Draftsight.Standard.Online@3ds.com (includiig my SERIAL nr) - I dont have response (apart from automatic answer SR # 1-23331536400) for 4 days.
