Hi,

I was using Draftsight 2017.  I downloaded and installed Draftsight 2018 and uninstalled 2017. When I try to activate the 2018 version, my Pro serial number comes up and then I get the Solidworks Product Activation.

When I try to activate I get the message "Activation transaction failed. Activation counted exceeded.

How do I deactivate the license tied to 2017 now that 2017 is already uninstalled.
