I 've been struggling with this activation problem for many days. I'm here now to share what solved my problem.

My problem was on the activating screen. When I wrote my email and occupation and clicked in Activate, the program closed and no email was sent to me, no matter how many different emails I have wrote, and it kept asking me for the email and occupation every time I tried to enter the program. I could not use it.

I found out that a software, called Warsaw, of Diebold Nixdorf, an Internet Banking security software was, somehow, blocking the activation screen to send the email.

I removed the software and now it works fine.
