I installed DraftSight free version on my Dell notebook (32 bit Windows 7), and I soon activated it. I received an e-mail and I completed the procedure by clicking on "To complete the product activation process, please click here". Every time I start the program, the activation window appears, and now, after more than 30 days, I must repeat activation steps in order to use the program. Why? How can correct it?. Thank you.
