My laptop which had Draftsight proffessional installed on it has died and cannot be recovered, the hard drive is still intact, but I need to install Drafsight on a new laptop.

The original installatin was the 32bit version, but I am now forced to use the 64bit version of W7.

If you try to install the 32bit version you get this message.

"This version of  Draftsight does not support windows 32-bit. Please download and install the 32-bit version of Draftsight. (not very helpful).

Can someone suggest how this can be done as I am certain re activating a new installation is going to be very problematic.
