Hi. I bought professional several months ago, was able to activate once and have had no luck since. I have not changed my PC. Each time I try to open the software, I get a message "Failed to obtain a computer identifier" and then have to attempt to reactivate the product, but I get a final message "Could not initiate the transaction (66,iActTransactionStartFlxActivateApp()flxActAppActivationReqCreate()errored[50001, 41013, 8])

How do i fix this?
