A Spanish customer is having some activation issues with DraftSight into their computers sited in their Panama Offices. They have disabled their antivirus software, firewall, User Account Control and all security software before running the setup into administrator mode, but never receive the Thank You Confirmation Message.
The thing is that they have successfully activated the software in one computer by connecting to it via VPN and forcing the Internet connection through the IP from Madrid, not the one they have there (and lets them connect to the Internet without any problem).
Is this a known activation issue? What can cause this behaviour?
