I've been using Draftsight for around 3 months now and even though I activated the program on day one, every time I open the program its requests my email address etc. to activate. I have gone back to the email which contains the link to activate the program and when I click it, it opens a web page that says there has been an error.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or does anyone have any solutions?
