Hello all,

I am having problems with reactivating my SNL account. My laptop had a problem a few days ago and had undergone formatting. My Draftsight software was not deactivated prior to the event. I am trying to install the software now but it's saying that my subscription is still activated. When I opt for the Activation Wizard to check for the list of activated product license information, it shows no device where my subscription is installed. Need help.
