Activation Emails not arriving

I have a valid (and activated) Draftsight installation on a pc in my engineering department. I just found out that this machine will become shared between two users so I began setting up a new user profile on this machine and when I opened draftsight under the new profile it asked to be activated again.

I filled out all the fields and submitted. Still no activation email and it's been hours.

This has happened in the past and I was wondering what others do when this occurs? Is there a workaround to manually activate without the email process (eg: move the activation file from the other user's profile?).
