Activation email for DS Free Version "sent" - but not received

I use DS Free Version for hobby purposes on my VISTA-Computer without problems. Of course receiving the DraftSight Activation email from activation@draftsight.com was no problem too. This is the good news and no reason to post here.

Now for the bad news: I have bought a new computer: Win-7-64 bit, configured as a stand alone system, and installed DS Free Version from DraftSight64.exe. I have gone through the activation process properly. When opening DS a window pops up telling me that I have received an email to finalize the activation proces. SORRY, THERE IS NO EMAIL. draftsight.com does not send me an email in spite of claiming so. I tried the process with two valid email addresses.  Other than any email sender (like e.g. "no-reply@3ds.com" ) "activation@draftsight.com" cannot contact me.

I have read a lot to fix the problem including the comprehendsive post "https://swym.3ds.com/#community:70/iquestions:5795". It did not help me. As I am struggling with a "fully automated process" it seems like I am "fully automatedly" excluded as a user of DraftSight. Perhaps there is a unautomated human beeing here to see a way out of this? Is there any channel to draftsight.com to tell them where their fully automated process fails? I have sent a crash report to "CrashReports@DraftSight.com" but they are fully automatedly silent too.

Kind regards

SUMMARY   : The "fully automated activation process" of DS seems to need a revision. Everyone who knows my email address can reach me by email. I see no way to roll up  my computer and to turn it  inside out just for enabling it to receive a mail from activation@draftsight.com.
