I am looking into converting my existing user base from ACAD / ACAD LT to DraftSight.  So far I have not found any reasons not to make the switch, except for a few users complaining about the interface.  Has anyone configured their interface to be ACADLT-ish?  If so is this something you would be willing to share?  

Alternatively, are there resources to help ACAD users make the transition?
