One thing I would like to see in future versions: The ability to add and remove folders in the folder list on the left side of the "Open" and "Save" browser window. 

I save files in multiple locations.  So, it would be nice to have shortcuts to those folders instead of having to drill down to them all the time.  AutoCAD has this feature and I have really gotten used to it!  ;-)
